What is the regular size for an 11 year olds penis❓

Well when my class went swimming I noticed that a lot of boys penises where a lot smaller than mine, I really am not trying to sound wrong. My penis is 3 " not erect and 4" erect. A lot of the other boys where like 1/2 an inch.
