What is the least painful way to kill yourself?

Nobody knows because the people who have done it didn't survive to describe the pain. What we do know for sure is the least painful route is try to find solutions to you problems to avoid the pain and suffering.

I guess take a gun and shoot urself or jump from a building,,,,hahahaha coward,,u don't even have the courage to face life coward coward coward,,,
