Can I be sued for sending naked pics of a guy who sent them to me to his girlfriend?

A guy sends me naked pics and videos of himself, which I then find out he has a fiancé. Can I be sued if I send those pics etc to his fiance so she knows what the scumbag is doing behind her back?

What would he sue you for? He's the one that put them on the Internet, not you.

Depending on your ages, he might have serious criminal problems if you gave them to the police also.

He can't sue you... and he can't sweet talk his way out of it either! :-)

If you're under the age of consent where you live, it was illegal for him to send the pics/vids. If he's under 18, you could face criminal charges for distributing kiddie porn... and he is guilty of distributing kiddie porn for sending them to you. If either of you is underage, you can show the cops.
