Eye fitness for teaching job

I am having eye vision 6/36 with glasses. I am having Astigmatism along with anisometion amblyopia along with ADS. Colour vision is normal. Am I eligible for government teaching job? If not then am I comes under handicap?

Consume Vitamin A rich fruits. Try go for jogging everyday...It can help you a lot.
