What do I do to my ear if its bleading where I got it pierced?

I got my ears pierced last month (second hole in ear lobe) and have switched them out like I was supposed to. Today I woke up with pains where the piercing is and I got home and took out the earring because it was still hurting. When I took it out the hole was bleeding and I don't know if I should leave it alone (it might close up) or try to put an earring in?

A month is quite a while, leave them out a couple days then put small ones in, mines were the same they still bleed and I worry they will close up but they're always fine.
