i am fresher MBA from science background and I have very little knowledge about IT. I have joined a IT company as Business Developement Executive. As per my job role I have to create and contact with new clients for the growth of business. I have been working here since 1 months and my head said to google out whatever doubts come to your mind about it. til now I have got ample knowledge about basics of it. when I asked my head that when I will be assigning with bde works she dint replied. she says no resourse is free for you and u have to come by ur own to clear ur doubts. sitting in front of a pc 9 hrs a day with random googling I am frustrated. what should I do now? pls help. if I complain it to my ceo I have a fear my head might get angry that why I reported directly to ceo. and also I have a fear that if I will be not assigned any works related to my job profile it might hamper my career. pls help. need advice
