I'm so nervous.

I'm 11 and a girl. I have a crush on my nephew's friend, who is also my friend and likes me as a friend, maybe more. (By the way they are both a year older then me). I have had this crush every since I met him when I was eight. Then I went through a phase where I would get a crush on pretty much every guy, even ones that were like, 14. But I'm out of thepat phase and I really like my nephew's friend. His name is Aaron. I've been trying to figure out how to tell him I like him. At first I was planning on singing a sort of romantic one direction song, but he hates one direction. My second plan is to just come straight out and say, "I like you", but I think my heart would jump out of my chest before I could finish my sentence. How do I tell him??? Will it make things akward?? Do guys like it if you are straightforward!?? I think I know how to get him to like me more, but how do I tell him I like him!!!!!!

Not a lot of guys like a girl who acts like a little kid, it makes them feel like a perv. Try to flirt slightly, nothing to much. Try batting your eyes when he talks to you, or say little things like " you know, you are pretty cute". If he responds with something like "so are you" then he might just like you. The best advice I can give you is, just be confident, if you are a little nervous don't be AFRAID to stutter a little, the guys I know think a girl with a slight stutter when they are nervous is really cute. There was this really sweet, funny boy I met in second grade...he had a twin who was frenimies with me, & I told his twin I liked his brother. & of course, Za*e being Za*e, he told him. So this boy I fell in love with started to be friends with me. He knew I liked him, I didn't know if he liked me back, but we just started being kids & sharing old memories and getting to know each other...we dated for four successful years, but he was so sweet he saw this dumba** girl broken up by her boyfriend, & I guess it was just time to move on. & I did, eventually. Hehe. Aid*n.

So anyway, TELL HIM!!! He'll come around sometime ;)
