Why is 12 too young to French kiss?

I love my boyfriend so much, and we both love each other. We both feel ready to French kiss, so we have done it twice, But loads of people say 12 is too young..why??

i think its fine as long as the french kiss is the only thing you do.

because its a sexual activity,you shouldn't be practicing that at 12
