If God created the universe and everything in it, that means God created our sexual urges. Humans seem to understand that concept when talking about feelings like excitement, fear and hunger but when it comes to sex, the rules change. The fact is, religious rules on issues like masturbation were made by humans, not any divine entity. The set of rules that God The Creator provided that apply equally to every living thing on Earth are the Laws of Nature and those laws say, if you're horny, handle it. :-)

He needs to find his own happy medium. He can do it enough to feel satisfied, but not so much that it interferes with anything he needs to do in his life.
Yea it dose interfer with his life his still in highschool but he dosent get good grades cause he masturbates also so he normally fails tests and he stays in his locked room all day
