Can I have some Relationship Advice please and thank you?

My boyfriend and I will be together for 4 years this year in September. He is turning 21 in May and I will be 21 in November this year. I've noticed this year we have talked a lot about marriage and talking about our future. He told me that he wants to marry me but not for another year or 2. We've also talked about maybe getting an apartment together or having sex for the first time for both of us. But I feel we should maybe wait for marriage to have sex, right ? what do you think is my best step to do in my relationship? I really love him and he loves me, I'm really excited to get married but I don't know if I can wait another year or 2. What should I do ?? please help & thanks.

Hi bubbles. You both seem to really love each other. There is no need to wait for marriage to have sex or move in. Good luck :)

Thank you for your advice :)
If you both love each other enough, DONT HAVE SEX BEFORE YOU ARE MARRIED. You guys can wait if you love each other as much as you say you do.
My husband and I lived together before we got married. It was fine for us, but I know other people who said it felt like they were playing dress-up, and felt like it somehow diminished the impact of their wedding. If you wait on both, then your wedding can mark a much larger transition in your lives.

Talk to him, and the two of you can figure out what works best for you.

Thank you for your advice :)
Have you talked to your and his parents about it? What do they suggest? They (hopefully) know you both better than any of us, and want the best for you.
Well his parents I know are happy about us wanting to get married because his dad is always hinting to him or me saying like oh your going to be my daughter in law someday. And his mom talks to my mom about if we got married. So as you can see they're fine with the idea of us getting married.
