Should I even trust her? (My "best" friend)

Friend: J
Crush: Crush
I told her that I have A HUGE crush (we'll call him Crush) on crush in confidence.
Later my other friend J (she also knows I like crush.)
Told me that M told Crush I liked him. (She knows because she's best friends with crush.)
So I confronted M she said that she told crush... She didnt apologize or even sound like it was on accident.

of course you should trust her.. like she did u the favor of telling him besides she's you're best friend and u can't let a small thing like this give u a trust issue .. it seems like she was trying to help..! but did a wrong move or sth
