Whats a healthy meal that I can eat everyday?

I wouldn't look for just a single meal to eat every day. The healthy option is to eat a variety of veggies and fruits. Some small amounts of fish (if you get salmon or tilapia and the like with little mercury) and poultry can be okay.

Avoid grains, When you must have them, have whole grains.

Avoid saturated fats.

The best thing to focus on is health, not a "gut" or what you look like. If you are doing it for health reasons then every time you eat a healthy meal instead of a bad one you are benefiting yourself. You are also inclined to make healthy swaps/changes to your diet even if they are of similar calories. If you are focused on what you look like then you don't feel satisfied until you think you look slim.

And, the best advice, calculate the calories you need for the weight you want with an online calorie calculator, and then track every calorie you eat with a site like myplate/livestrong http://www.livestrong.com/myplate/dashboard/
