Is my duckling ok? Please help

For Easter I got 2 ducklings.. Right now they are about 13 days old. I have a pekin and a Rouen. Yesterday I noticed my pekin duckling has a bald spot on its neck (front) and my other duckling is pecking at it. Is my pekin duckling ok? What should I do? What can this be? Plz help me.. Thanks everyone.
