I am 17 years old now. can I move out with out getting arrested?

I am 17 years old now and will e 18 in january. My parents are divorced and have 50/50 custody of me. My father and his wife are very controlling and verbally abuse me everyday. My mother wants to move because she just got over a relationship.. im at a loss with everything and am tired of dealing with it all. I want to concentrate on school, and living with them is not makeing it easy. I live in wisconsin, so could I move out with someone else say my boyfriend, friend, or brother and not be counted as a runaway, or brought home by police etc. ?

I'm sorry marisa, I have no idea about US laws but I would recommend you stay with your mother instead of your father and his partner till you turn 18 and go to college.
