Pls help I don't know what to do

I'm haveing hallucinations I know ther not real Im not on drugs and not on medication but I an under doctors for migraines what have just started recently and unexplained waight loss what shall I do if I tell my gp will they lock me up these hallucinations are realy bad it like one second I can be at my mums house haveing a cup of tea look to my left there's a defomed face or body next to me looking at me I know it's not real but its still there any help would be great thanks.

Nobody will "lock you up" for telling the doctor anything about your health. Tell the doc what's going on soon.
