After cancelling his account with sky and still getting Internet he was told the area he lives was now 'unbundled' and his Internet was free. But as of 3days ago his access is non-existent. We have checked all connections, checked the PC and modem, and tried accessing with iPad etc but to no avail. Also, is it possible to install a different search engine to google without Internet access?
