Would it be illegal to have a book where the names in it are the people you wish death upon

I sort of have a book that I write peoples names in that are dead to me most of them I dont know and they're all bad people

I am not sure... If you wish death upon them then why popularize them... I wouldn't suggest putting their names there unless its like a list where you say I want these people dead: daa daa daa...

Incidentally there's some people who I wish were dead (can I even say that here without getting banned or something :) ?) but I don't know their names... just know they hate me and would like to kill me if they could... some of them already have injured me badly but you know what I learned from all this Jess?

You can't damage your enemies... you can only heal your friends. And that life is not about killing the enemy because that is so hard and its not even legal. Life is about embracing the friend and being there for your friends and them being there for you.

I offer you my friendship. I once told my ex best friend who is now I guess an enemy that to me wealth is measured not in money but in true friends.

By the way who are these people and what did they do to you?

I don't think it's illegal if it's a personal, unpublished journal or notebook... unless something starts happening to these people, you become a suspect, and it's considered as evidence of premeditation...
