I wanna be computer programmer.

I am 14 year old boy,I know the basics of the PHP programming.I really wanna be a programmer without having any degree in programming field.I am mostly interested in developing IOS apps and C++ programming.If I start studing computer in college,I should start from the basics but I am a web developer.Next thing is it takes more than 6 years to complete single programming language but I certainly do not wanna spend such a long time going to college or university because I am kind of different nature than a normal human (for instance:I study in grade 9,most of the time I do not go to school but I rank first in my classroom with a excellent result)

It would be really helpful if anyone anyone could give me any solutions for it.I would also be pleased if there is any institution to study online direct through the programming.

There are many excellent computer programmers who didn't study programming in college. I'm not even sure that sitting in a classroom is the best way to learn programming. However, college gives you credentials that will help get you a job when you finish it. When you do it on your own, you have no such credentials.

The best way to learn a programming language is get a good book on the language with example code and a language reference on the syntax. Read the book then start building simple projects like make yourself an address book, for example. Then increase the complexity of your projects and you'll be on your way.
