I got 24.33 marks in gate 2013 I have not cleared cut-off(25).am I eligible for CCMT 2013 counceling,and also tell me that is there any chance of getting any good college.If possible please teel me the list of colleges where people are studying with this type of scores.and I should apply for IIIT's or not because there is very high cost for applying for them,if is there any chance of geeting selected then only I will apply for them.
