Dog problem. plz help

Hi. I have dog. Whenever he goes out for pee, my neighbour shouts on him or throw something to hit him. I really don't know why they are doing like this.
My dog doesn't do anything in front of their house.
this is really irritating.
Please help me. how to handle this? How to convince them for not doing this?

Poor dog!
Try telling your neighbor to stop it in a nice way.
If that doesn't work, ask him why he is doing that.

You could report your neighbour to the police.

Yes, report him to the police... the local humane society... the neighborhood association... Report him any and every where you can. He has no right to assault an animal, especially a poor little doggie. :-(

When he goes out, go with him and have him on a leash.
