Easing out of anorexia?

Hi, I've been anorexic for some time and am trying to stop. I've been coping to help me change my state of mind about eating as I used to be afraid to put anything into my body. Though I dont want to be anorexic anymore, I don't want to gain all my weight back. Can someone tell me how I go about adding food back to get into a healthy diet and not gain weight back? Thank you.

Always eat organic. Eat more fruits and veggies than other stuff because they are lower in fat. Also, pasta, whole wheat noodles, wild rice are good options in the cooked food area. Meat is high in fat so go easy on that. Make sure you exercise in nature if possible with plenty of fresh air around you. Good luck. Ask me if you have any more questions...
