How do I calculate the significant figure when dividing and subtracting?

The question I was given was:

320.55 – 610.45/2.3000
(320.55 minus 610.45 divided by 2.3000)

How I worked it out
610.45/2.3000 = 265.41 (using least Sig Figs which is 4)
320.55 - 265.41 = 55.14 (using least decimal places which is 2)

I answer it as 55.14 however my answer sheet says 55.2, I am unsure as to how they got this answer as according to my calculations 4 significant figures are needed in the answer, please help me?
