My payments to my credit card paid off my balance transfer and not my retail purchases

my credit card company took my payment and paid it off my balance transfer and not of my card purchases stating I paid it before the statement date.

I think you should contact them and try to solve it. I have also a card from Alliance Bankcard, but I didn't face these type of problem.
