I can't sleep

I haven't slept in about 3 days. I feel tired but can't sleep. Am in a lot of pain too.

Do you know why you can't sleep? Are you worried about something? Is the pain keeping you awake?

Is the pain physical or emotional? Can you treat the pain? If so, maybe if you can get the pain to go away, then it won't keep you awake. Do you think you need to see a doctor for the pain?

Yes I am worried about a lot of things... and I am in emotional and physical pain. Its all my father's fault. I just need someone to help me leave my father. give me a plan or something please. if I sound angry I am not angry just very scared, and upset about a lot of things...

I've been thinking about your situation, but I don't think anyone can come up with a plan but you. Think about your talents, education and resources. Think about who you know in other areas. Try to find someone there who can help you. Can you take a trip to another part of the country, even if just for a couple of days, to look for opportunities elsewhere?

Just a suggestion,just open up your mind out to your father,tell him how you feel in that place and how you feel about him,about him hating you.tell him you want to try job somewhere else and he has to help for that.then try to make some company,it need not be a girl.you will get someone when time comes and she will come finding you.

I did all that. he doesn't care. doesn't care at all. he is a racist and does not want to move to any good country. he doesn't want to help me. he keeps saying his father didn't help him so why should he help me. I have wasted so much but it doesn't bother him.

Then try to find some good company who will give you a good company, also if try to find a small job and if possible a place you can move to.most important is a good company,with whom you be open your mind like you do it in ehelp.

Yeah am trying to do that but this isn't a very social place. Would it be okay to chat with random strangers or would that be too desperate?
