I just had a brufen for my pain and now I have these weird side effects from it.

I regret taking it but had to 'cause someone was insisting on it and the pain was too bad so I took one. Why do these medicines always have such side effects.

Because every person is different, medications can have different, and sometimes unexpected, side effects. If this pain is still going on and still keeping you awake, maybe you should see a doctor.

How did you know the pain was keeping me awake? It was. But I finally got some rest for a few hours with some difficult and the pain is reduced but I am afraid it might return. I went to the doctor but he was very busy and plan to go again tonight. Don't know what the doctor can do that will help as I am quite against medications and the side effects to which I react badly. Thanks for you help sky. Awaiting your reply. how are you doing? Wish we could chat on this site too...
It was just a guess...

I also do my best to stay away from conventional, pharmaceutical medicine. I prefer Tibetan herbal medicine. You're in India, right? I wonder, can you see a Tibetan doctor (Tibetans call doctors "menpa")? I know you can find them pretty easily around Dharamsala and McLeod Ganj. I'm not familiar with other areas. If you're interested, you could contact the Men-Tsee-Khang (Tibetan Medical & Astro. Institute) in Dharamsala for help finding a Tibetan doctor closer to where you live: http://www.men-tsee-khang.org/contact/index.htm . They have clinics in many districts: http://www.men-tsee-khang.org/branch/index.htm .

I guess I'm doing ok... could be better... could be worse... Thanks for asking. :-)
