People actually helped me so hope u can help with this I told my parent what I was going through like the other person said and after that I keep on having dreames of me seeing the boy drown and someone saying HELP ME I'm really scared plz help me

Well I sow a boy drown a long time ago but lately I have been remembering everything and it been hard for me because its all I think about:( a person told me I should talk to my parents about it so I did and now I'm having dreams of him and its freaking me out so how do I stop it
