My iphone got wet, what do I do?

It got wet from a hose, now there is a water mark on the screen that wont go away because its on the inside. The iphone is also doing random commands, please help im freaking out. Thanks for those who reply.

Turn it off! And leave it off for at least 2 days (see instructions at link below). Any time you get any electronic device wet, the absolute first thing you immediately do is shut down the power. The sooner you turn it off, the more damage you prevent.

Agree with sky dancer, off the thing and then let it dry,if you can go take it to a nearby customer care centre for your phone
