Why isnt the phone number going in right when entering the diversity dance competition in disneyland

i am trying to enter the diversity dance competition in disneyland paris but everytime I write in my phone number it says it is wrong and I have tried all the phone numbers of my family and it still wont work

I have the same problem did you find out how to do it ?
