How can I forget something bad?

I sow a boy drown when I was 7 and I remember watching him at the bottom of the pool I thought he was doing something down there. I have been seeing him drowning and I can remember the day perfectly still and what I sow I can't get rid of it. I'm getting distracted in school all the time now because of this is there any way for me to get rid of this?

That's a very traumatic thing to witness. :-( It's nearly impossible to forget something like that. It's something you'll have to learn how to live with, and there are tools for that. A therapist could help teach you.

Talk to your parents or a guidance counselor so they can help you figure out if you do need to talk to a therapist, and get you to one if you do.
