Could I have ink poisioning?

i draw on myslef alot, and in the past have cut pictures in my skin and poured ink in them (just from a pen). for the past 1-2 weeks my eye has been twitching like crazy and I get a headache if I touch a part of my head. also I get green ink I guess all over my finger tips, it kinda looks like texta. I dont touch anything green and when I try to wash it off it doesnt come completely off then later it comes back really bright. if it could be ink poisioning what can I do to cure it? plase help, thanks (:
