How can I start my own anime show.

I have a story, I wrote, in mind and I wish to make it into an anime show like DBZ, Bleach, or Naruto etc. I know I would first have to draw it out, like in manga or comic book form, but I want to know what I should do after I have both the drawings and story complete.

Also, where can I find someone to illustrate my story for me? Maybe make a partnership...
