Hi....I am having gastric problems since 4 days, constipation and not able to pass gas. Continuous abdominal pain on the belly button which turn into cramps when I feel like passing gas, but the gas does not pass.
I am also getting fever (100-101) around the same time everyday (usually afternoon and night), preceded by pain in legs and lower back and also sensitivity in the skin (slight painful to touch the skin). Lot of discomfort and irritability with fever and sometimes headache
What could be the likely causes as the abdominal scan was clear?
