Fever of 101?

Do I just wait for the fever to go away? I have rehearsal Monday and I can't strain my voice. Is there anything I can take that I have at home?

If u hav paracetamol.it will lower your temp.take two for a day. if you are having sour throat then gargle with warm water with salt in it or chew the mixture of salt and pepper powder(little in quantity) and swallow it.best if luck for rehearsal. If temp donot come down then antibiotic may be required.
