Is it possible to get an itchy rash from tanning in a tannin bed?

I've been getting in the tanning bed for about a week now. Today I increased my time from 5 minutes to 8 minutes. I got out of the bed and realized that there was a small red spot on my stomach. I noticed it itched but didn't really think anything of it. On the way home my breasts started to itch. I got home and realized thy the redness was around my breasts as well! I didn't use any tanning lotion...so that couldn't be the answer... Is it even possible the tanning bed caused this rash? Or is it most likely something else causing it? PLEASE HELP! IT ITCHES SO BAD!!
