In winters, oil your hair once in a week. It will help to make hair smooth and healthy. You can use almond oil or coconut oil for oiling.

They're right. Reduce heat use, oil your hair (with Olive, Almond or Coconut oil) and if you want it to grow faste
faster, put a small mix of olive oil and shampoo whenever you take a shower. Shower more often.
