So Depressed . && No One Cares , Someone Please Help D;

Went To Beckley To A Hospital Before Thanksgiving For Suicidal Attempts .... Acted Like I Was Better To Get Back To My Family ... But Im still Having The Thoughts && Idk What To Do Anymore .. Nothing Happy Or Great Has Happened Lately But When It Does It Ends Sooo Quickly As Soon As I Get Adjusted It To It . ); My Ex-Girl && I Were Together 7 Months Even When I Was In The Hospital She Waited For Me And Checked With My Dad Everyday . && She Left Me About 2 Months Ago I Moved On This Guy I Like A Really Lot ! -.- And We Started Dating ... He Cheats Then He Leaves Me For A 12 Year Old When He's 15 ... That Makes Me Feel As I'm Just A Joke To Him .... What Should I Do ???!

This is one of those cases when you can be glad that someone left you. He sounds like someone you're better off without.

I can remember feeling like you feel... like no one cares... like it didn't matter if I was dead or alive. I still have the scar on my wrist some 20-ish years later. I'm glad my attempt failed. Things really started to change for me when I started to matter to *myself* and *I* cared about me. How anyone else did or didn't feel began to matter so much less than how I felt and wanted to feel.

I recently "bumped into" a poem that helped me through that period:
