Can cause abortion

. the Last time I post here . I said I missed my period about whole month of february .. so I confuse if im pregnant ..

then until the 2nd week of march . its nothing !.

but yesterday . I joke my boyfriend . I ask him to punch me on my stomach .then he do it,but not really strong punch . but I feel hurt ..

then this morning , I have a menstration ..
so im afraid , because I thought ..
what if I am pregnant . then the cause of my menstration now is my baby become abort because of the punch of my boyfriend ..

what do you think ?
is it possible ?.

As the symptom for abortion is somewhat same as mentruation,so it is better you to consult a doctor.
