Can someone please show me the steps to this calculation?

you are presented with a 500ml infusion bag containing 5% w/v dextrose and a number of ampoules containing 15% w/v potassium chloride. A prescriber requests that sufficient potassium chloride is added to the infusion bag so that it will contain 0.3% w/v potassium chloride.
