Does FL workers compensation benefits cover costs of service dog?

I am covered for my medical expenses by workers comp related to workers comp injury in Florida where I worked and continue to live.
Do the medical costs, training, etc. of a service dog if recommended by the workers' comp assigned physicians covered also by Florida law workers compensation? The selection and training can range around $30,000.
I did not have a service dog before my wc injuries, and my service dog of over 12 years recently needed to die peacefully as he developed congestive heart failure. WC did not provide that service dog.
