I can not think of a name of a movie I saw!

Hi----I watched a movie a while ago,about a young man in his twenties,who inherited an old farm house out in the middle of a large corn field!! Well he gathered his best friends and their girl friends and went to see what he had inherited!!oh by the way one of his friends was black and a funny guy!!I am hoping that little note may help find my answer!! Anyway they are in the old house relaxing the first night when aliens started abducting them one at a time!! They would just materialize out of thin air into the farm house!! They seemed to come from the corn field!!

i watched that movie before too I don't remember the name also :/ was the movie like in the 90's or 2013 kind of movies? I remember the movie being in the 90's :P
