Here are some simple ways to prevent the occurrence of early skin aging and wrinkles likes:

• Avoid the sun always wear the appropriate SPF sunscreen and cover your face as well as your hands, legs and neck.
• Don’t smoke.
• Get enough sleep and try to sleep on your back instead of on your stomach or on your side as these positions may increase the production of wrinkles.
• Don’t squint as this can increase lines around your eyes.
• Use moisturizer daily.

Try some easy home remedies which helps you to prevent wrinkles and make your skin glow. Drink one teaspoon of ginger by mixing some honey in it will make your skin glow and will delay the formation of wrinkles too. Every night before going for sleeping, apply coconut oil or olive oil all over the body including face. I hope this will help you out.

Drink plenty of water to hydrate and moisturize your skin. This helps remove the toxins from body and let your skin breathe.
Avoid excess use of make-up; remove the makeup before going to sleep.
Always use fruits face mask or peel after exfoliating your skin.
Have regular sleep; this will give you healthy skin.
Hope it helps!

OMG u r a baby to be thinking about wrinkles. But I would say don't drink or smoke. Drink a lot of water to keep your skin hydrated, stay out of the sun or use sunblock everyday.
Exercise and keep a consistent body weight as extreme amount of weight lose and gain will cause the skin to stretch and sag. And use an eye cream and moisturizer every day.
At 14 I don't think you need to worry about using anything to target wrinkles, but just a nice moisturizer with SPF if you can and hydrating eye cream. I started using them at probably 16 and I am now 33 and most people think I am 24. You cant stop wrinkles but you can slow them down a little.
