I need help losing weight.

Alright, Ive been struggling with weight since I was a very young child. Im not obese. Im just a smidge overweight. I have depression due to society and how ive been teased my whole life.
I'm now 14, 5'3, and 175 lbs.
I have some muscle, so its not all fat.
I have a goal to get bikini skinny (not super model, just to the point where I look decent) in a time frame of 16 months.
I have no idea where to start, and my asthma doesn't help me at all.
I'm also female.
What can I do? **I need advice**

You can see if your asthma condition could be diet related. When I had asthma, it was triggered by dairy. Exercising could also help you increase your lung capacity, which could help you in the long run.

Eat a lot of fruits. As many as possible. They are very filling, very healthy and very low in fat. Drink plenty of water. Avoid cow's dairy products and switch to goat's. Use a multigrain flour instead of refined or whole wheat. Hope that helps. Good luck. Try exercising in a group its more fun that way.
