I am familiar with weight training during the pre-season, but I understand that lifting as heavliy as I would without practice and games is not okay to do with them now incorperated. How should I be lifting? I'd like to know percentages of my 1 rep max with rep numbers if you can provide them for me. My schedule is as follows...
Mon, Wed, Fri - Practice
Tues, Thurs, Sun - Rest
Sat - Game
