Ideas on proposing at navy pier (chicago)

I want to propose to my girlfriend at Navy Pier in Chicago. She hates ferris wheels so that's out. I'm just gathering some info. Any cool restaurants to do it at that, any really good places. Our first date was at Navy Pier so I'm set on where just not sure how.
