How do I really tame my budgies?

so ive had my budgies for about 2 months since december 26th, and well ive tamed both but I dont think ive tamed them complitely. because, ive tamed my male one and he is 4 months old now and he goes on my shoulder and my arm and sometimes nibbles my hair and finger, but he is scared of me when he is not in a small room with me like the bathroom or a bedroom. he flies away wen I try to catch him and play with him. so all I want is to train him how to trust me enough so he doesnt get scared when I put my hand in the cage or try to catch him.i also have a blue one that I just teached how to go on me the first time ( well, on my shoulder and arm, but she is still really scared of me :\. I really want them to love me, but they seem to dislike me :c.another thing, my green one male, his wings start to grow bigger and he seems to fly higher like as high as the ceiling and his feathers grew just for TWO months!!! like he flies up to a chair, or up a table. my blue one starts to fly a little higher and is now able to fly up a chair like right now. so please help me and should I clip their wings?. so yeah, if you have any tip to get them to like me or trust me, you have the freedom to answer :) thank you!

Sit next to the cage as often as possible for the first 3 or 4 days of bringing your budgie home. Talk normally, and about anything. Read a book out loud, talk about your day, upcoming events, secrets, etc.2nd Once It is used to having your sit next to her and talk to her, slowly put your hand in the cage. Don't do anything, just rest your hand on the bottom of the cage. She will probably flutter around quite a bit. Again, talk to her about anything or read a book out loud. Do this at least 3 times a day for about 10 minutes.3rd Now that she is okay with your hand resting on the bottom, buy some millet spray and tear off a little piece. Slowly move the millet towards your bird. As soon as she gets scared or tenses up, stop moving. Rest your hand where it is and wait for her to calm down again or come over to you. Don't be discouraged if it takes a while for her to start eating the millet. Curiosity will take over eventually, and then after that, taste. All birds LOVE millet spray. Don't put any of these into her cage until she is completely tamed. Do this at least 3 times a day each time until the seeds on the piece are all gone. 4thAfter she is comfortable eating millet from your hand, open your hand and put the millet piece in the middle. This will force her to step onto your hand to reach the millet. Do this at least 3 times a day each time until the millets all gone. 5thSo now she is comfortable with jumping on your hand to eat millet. this time hold out your finger and slowly move your hand towards her chest. If she doesn't step up push against her chest, very slowly increasing pressure until she steps up. If she does step up, good for you! Don't move your hand. Just hold your hand there until she looks a little tense or like she might jump off soon. Put her back down onto the perch before she decides to fly off herself. This is important. If she doesn't step up, wait for her calm down again (if she flew off)and then slowly move towards her again. If she flies off 5 times in a row, walk away and try again later. Do this at least 3 times a day.6th Yay! Your budgie now steps up on your finger! Now slowly move your finger around the cage to get her used to being on your hand while it moves. 7thSince she is now comfortable with your hand moving while she is sitting on it, try taking her out of the cage. If she flies off your finger to stay inside the cage, don't get discouraged. try again once more before taking a break and trying again later.
