Help with Diet

Im cycling to school everyday which is about 5miles and it takes me 25-40mins...im trying to lose weight in around my thigh,what should I NOT eat?

Cycling is a great exercise for hips and thighs. There are no foods that target your thighs specifically but holding down the total calories you consume a little will help. Don't overdo it though. It is much better health-wise to take longer to lose the weight eating a balanced diet than to try to do it too quickly. The ideal plan is to make your new program a lifestyle change.
