She stars at me, she flicks her hair when I look at her, she's really cute, I've never talked to her not even a word I don't know what to do I'm so confused should I ask her out or not also she tried to talk to me but her friends are pulling her away. What do I do?

when she stares at you,you too do the same thing and look for any positive signs from her like blushing...etc.if she give positive signs just go and talk to her and ask for her number and u can also send a friend request in FB. then by chatting and also go on for date with to find out if she is perfect for you.
