I weigh 132lbs and would like to lose 15-25 pounds. How would I do this by time summer starts?

I'm 15 and I would like to shed off those pounds by time summer starts if possible. I'm 5'2". I began running a mile every day on weekdays and even changed my eating habits.

I was over 16 stone last summer now I'm at 14 stone the way I did it was to eat all my meals out of a bowl, its portion control, no takeaways and go for the low fat options, no snacking, start a hobby to keep hands ans mind off food, I still got a stone to go, its slow progress but if you lose to fast you'll put it all back on, hope this helps

drop soda and run about 3 times a week, go for distance not speed, I promise youll lose 15lbs in a month if you do. also watch portions of what you eat, its not necessarily eating healthy but us americans consider our large out to eat portions accurate when their really two+ serving sizes. when you start running youll realize how much less your appetite will be

eat plenty of fresh fruits like bananas, oranges etc. they are very very low in fat and guaranteed to help you lose weight. have a fresh, raw veggie salad everyday. All this will help you lose weight. It doesn't have to be done very fast. Take it easy. Don't be too hard on yourself. Change your entire lifestyle for the better.
