Imessage photos?

If I save a photo that someone sent me over imessage, does it tell them I saved it? Because this girl I like sent me a pic of her and I wanna save it but I don't wanna be creepy. She does have an iPhone also

nooo lol they wont know, all imessage can tell a person is either delivered receipts or read reciepts which can be turned on and off in your settings in imessage
