How do you draw hair on a face from the side when it's going across the face?

So I'm drawing a manga male, and he has shoulder-length hair, and it's kinda blowing across his face a bit. The veiw is of his face from the side and up a bit, as you can see more than half his face.
If poosible, his head is tileted upwards, seeing as he's lying on the floor. Any help welcome?
